Since Jesus Christ became incarnate, there has never been any doubt among the
regenerate as to who the TRUE WORD OF GOD is. None whatsoever. The
Apostle John, who spent several years with Jesus Christ in the flesh, certainly
knew this, as demonstrated in the Scriptures he authored above.
Indeed, since Jesus Christ became incarnate, there has never been any doubt among the regenerate that the TRUE WORD OF GOD, in the ultimate sense of that word, is not a book, or a tome, or ANY corpus of written record, but is rather a PERSON, and that PERSON -- THE TRUE, LIVING WORD OF GOD -- is none other than JESUS CHRIST, THE TRUE, LIVING WORD OF GOD, and none other.
Unfortunately, there is a CULT today who have exalted a BOOK over the TRUE WORD OF GOD, who have exalted a BOOK over the Lord Jesus Christ.
You see, the above declaration about Jesus Christ being the TRUE WORD OF GOD is all that needs be said in the presence of the truly regenerate. No truly regenerate person would argue with it or take issue with it for one second. No truly regenerate person would offer even the SLIGHTEST remonstrance to such a declaration. No genuinely regenerate person anywhere in the world would have the SLIGHTEST rebuttal to the simple statement that Jesus Christ is the TRUE WORD OF GOD. In fact, every single regenerate person on this planet would simply say, AMEN!
But the CULT can't leave it there. The CULT must spin it; the CULT must take it further, and thus the CULT will respond (deceitfully, I might add) with something like, "...well, certainly we believe Jesus Christ is the true Word of God, BUT THE KJV..."
Of course, when this happens, you know IMMEDIATELY that you are in the company of a KJV CULTIST.
That "BUT" is not only a declaration of war against the person and the Lordship of Jesus Christ, but is likewise a panoramic view into the unregenerate soul of the KJV CULTIST. They -- the KJV CULTISTS --will give glib lip-service to Jesus Christ in order to keep from being unmasked, but it only takes a millisecond for their CULTISM to surface and expose them for the CULTISTS they truly are, as will be shortly demonstrated.
In the meantime, make no mistake -- the King James Bible is the only valid written Word of God in English today; all other modern English translations are corrupt through and through, and are manifestly the product of Satan, not the Holy Spirit, which is why this article needs to be written, because for too long now the KJV CULTISTS have been corrupting the TRUTH of the whole paradigm of God's Word, and have -- through Satan's dark wisdom and direction and malice -- been making the very NAME of the King James Bible offensive to Christians and other seekers who otherwise would embrace it. In fact, the KJV CULTISTS -- in making the King James Bible itself offensive to so many by exalting the King James Bible over the PERSON of Jesus Christ HIMSELF -- have done MORE for the PROLIFERATION of modern "bibles" than the copyright holders of those "bibles" could have ever hoped for.
So absolutely make no mistake about it -- the King James Bible is the ONLY valid written Word of God in English today; ALL other modern English translations are corrupt THROUGH AND THROUGH, as I have demonstrated elsewhere.
Nevertheless, the King James Bible is NOT the Lord; the King James Bible is NOT the LIVING WORD of God -- that title and that TRUTH is reserved for a PERSON, and that PERSON is none other than JESUS CHRIST and HIM ALONE.
You see, the Holy Spirit through the Apostle John has already revealed who the TRUE WORD OF GOD is in the ultimate sense of that word. Thus, the question is settled. The title is no longer up for grabs. Had it not been EXPLICITLY revealed and stated, as it has been, the question might still be open, the King James Bible might still be a contender for that title, but the case has been closed for some two thousand years now; the case has been closed ever since the Holy Ghost revealed that it is JESUS CHRIST who is THE TRUE WORD OF GOD. The very book they idolize refutes the CULT, the very King James Bible ITSELF subordinates ITSELF to the TRUE, LIVING WORD OF GOD, even the Lord Jesus Christ.
Certainly, the King James Bible is the WRITTEN Word of God, but IT (not HIM, but IT) -- the King James Bible -- IT serves at the PLEASURE of Jesus Christ HIMSELF, and none other. IT -- the King James Bible -- IT SERVES at the PLEASURE of the TRUE, LIVING WORD OF GOD, and none other.
Let me say that again -- IT, the King James Bible, IT SERVES at the PLEASURE of Jesus Christ HIMSELF. Period.
For the fact is, as EVERY regenerate person on this planet knows, the King James Bible in and of itself doesn't have enough power to blow a flea off a dog. The King James Bible by itself is powerless. Absolutely, utterly POWERLESS.
The only power the King James Bible possesses is when Jesus Christ issues the command for the Holy Spirit to go forth and bear witness to what is written, which is one reason that every single time in the Scripture where is mentioned a sword coming out of the mouth, it ALWAYS refers to Jesus Christ, and HIM ALONE, for Jesus Christ is HIMSELF the TRUE, LIVING WORD OF GOD. Until Jesus Christ issues that command, and until the Holy Spirit goes forth with POWER, the King James Bible is itself POWERLESS. Until Jesus Christ HIMSELF speaks, and until the Holy Ghost HIMSELF bears witness to what is written, the King James Bible ITSELF is absolutely, utterly toothless.
And there is not a
regenerate person on this planet who would take issue with that statement. Not
one.
But watch out, for this truth REALLY
riles Satan's KJV CULT followers. By subordinating the King James Bible to the
Lordship of Jesus Christ in such a blunt fashion, Satan's KJV CULT followers become
enraged, and the vitriol really begins to fly, even though the very book they
IDOLIZE even
tells them that it takes TWO witnesses to confirm the TRUTH. For
example --

"One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: AT THE MOUTH OF TWO WITNESS, OR AT THE MOUTH OF THREE WITNESSES, shall the matter be established." Deuteronomy 19:15 "But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, THAT IN THE MOUTH OF TWO OR THREE WITNESSES every word may be established." Matthew 18:16 |
In other words, the written Word of God by itself is absolutely, utterly, completely, irrevocably POWERLESS apart from the witness of God the Holy Spirit, and God the Holy Spirit doesn't bear witness to a single, solitary SYLLABLE of the written Word until God the Son, even the LIVING WORD, even the Lord Jesus Christ, issues the command for him to do so, as Jesus himself expounded --

"Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: FOR HE SHALL NOT SPEAK OF HIMSELF; BUT WHATSOEVER HE SHALL HEAR, THAT SHALL HE SPEAK: and he will shew you things to come. HE SHALL GLORIFY ME: FOR HE SHALL RECEIVE OF MINE, AND SHALL SHEW IT UNTO YOU." John 16:13-14 "And he had in his right hand seven stars: AND OUT OF HIS MOUTH GOETH A SHARP TWOEDGED SWORD: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength." Revelation 1:6 |
But the CULT can't abide this truth. Under the direct influence of Satan, the CULT has turned the King James Bible ITSELF into God HIMSELF. Of course, the simple fact that laying the King James Bible ITSELF on top of a corpse won't bring that corpse back to life, whereas Jesus Christ HIMSELF brought back to life whomsoever he willed, doesn't register with the CULT, nor the simple fact that reciting an incantation from the King James Bible ITSELF won't cause a corpse to so much as stir, whereas Jesus Christ HIMSELF had but to utter a single word to cause a corpse to stand immediately upon its feet, likewise has no meaning whatsoever for the CULT, but I won't explore these types of issues any further, as they would be lost on the blind KJV CULTIST anyway.
Well then, if the King James Bibles is the only TRUE written Word of God in English today, then WHY has Satan reared up this CULT? If the King James Bible is the TRUE written Word of God, then WHY has Satan reared up a CULT that idolizes the very book that he absolutely, utterly HATES?
Because Satan fears nothing so much as TRUTH, and thus he will do everything in his power to corrupt and discredit it. That's why, when Jesus characterized Satan in the forty-fourth verse of the eighth of John, the primary indictment that Jesus leveled against Satan was the fact that, "he was a murderer from the beginning, AND ABODE NOT IN THE TRUTH, BECAUSE THERE IS NO TRUTH IN HIM."
Satan hates TRUTH, and he spares no expense and no amount of effort to refute it, and he uses every conceivable means possible to install falsehood in its place. One of those means -- and one of the most effective means, as well -- is to MIX truth and falsehood together, to COMBINE the two into a seemingly symbiotic relationship so that the resultant composition is enshrined with truth on the outside, but full of lies and darkness on the inside. The Pharisees were an embodiment of this very artifice of Satan, as Jesus also pointed out when he told the Pharisees --

"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, WHICH INDEED APPEAR BEAUTIFUL OUTWARD, BUT ARE WITHIN FULL OF DEAD MEN'S BONES, AND OF ALL UNCLEANNESS," Matthew 23:27 |
And since the lex scripta of TRUTH is disseminated through the written Word of God today, Satan hates the TRUE written Word of God more than anything currently on this earth. Accordingly, Satan, after the LIVING WORD of God ascended to heaven, began to direct his attention and assaults toward the WRITTEN Word of God. Or, as a notable defender of the Scriptures put it --

After centuries of being able to suppress the written Word of God by confining it to various provincial locales, and by confining it to a language that only an elite group of scholars could understand, namely, Latin, Satan had largely been successful in holding the written Word of God at bay; nevertheless, when the time was fully come -- as with the LIVING WORD OF GOD, so now with the WRITTEN WORD OF GOD -- and according to the determinate counsel of the Godhead -- Father, Son, and Holy Ghost -- the written Word of God ITSELF under the command of Jesus Christ HIMSELF finally burst forth upon the world in all its glory, planting itself smack in the middle of the Reformation, and in full splendor, CULMINATING in and with the production of the King James Bible, a Bible that has borne MORE SPIRITUAL FRUIT, a Bible that Jesus Christ has HIMSELF borne MORE WITNESS TO, than ALL the books and ALL the Bibles and ALL the manuscripts in the world COMBINED -- INCLUDING the Hebrew and the Greek.
At long last, the true written Word of God had finally broken forth from the clouds of centuries-old darkness in the form of the TEXTUS RECEPTUS, which is the name that was later given to the Greek Text that underlay the King James Bible, as opposed to the LATIN VULGATE, whose underlying Greek Text also underlies modern "bibles" such as the NASB, NIV, ESV, and so on, and whose corrupt text had covered the world in a stygian mist for far too long, but then, from the Reformation onward, with the underlying TEXTUS RECEPTUS, a text which had existed only in pockets in various languages around the globe up until now, suddenly came forth, especially and primarily in the form of the King James Bible, and thus the TRUE WRITTEN WORD OF GOD, under the manifest mandate of the Lord Jesus Christ HIMSELF, abruptly exploded upon the western world with Holy Ghost POWER, thereby setting the entire earth aflame with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, that is, WITH THE GOSPEL OF THE TRUE LIVING WORD OF GOD HIMSELF.
Thus, Satan, upon realizing that he could no longer confine the written Word of God to lesser domains, and realizing that the TRUE written Word of God had finally been unleashed upon the world without reprieve, lit upon another strategy, a strategy that he had employed with almost singular success many times down through the ages -- namely, the MIXING of TRUTH and FALSEHOOD, the AMALGAMATION of the GODLY with the UNGODLY, an INTERTWINING of FLESH and SPIRIT, for Satan knows what the Holy Ghost had already revealed to Paul many centuries earlier --

Satan prosecuted his strategy by launching two major prongs against Jesus Christ and his saints.
The first prong was the proliferation of a countless number of "bibles", most all of which were based on the corrupt Latin Vulgate text, and Satan's strategy here -- since the last fifty years or so, since the proliferation has become apparent -- indeed, Satan's strategy here has been transparent in the eyes of all who are truly regenerate and who possess even a modicum of spiritual discernment -- namely, Satan's strategy here has been to flood the market, as it were, with so many varying translations that none of them might seem to be authoritative, for a "bible" that lacks real, genuine authority is nothing but a sword whose blade has been dulled to the point of uselessness, for before a man can be blessed by what is written, he must have the power of the Holy Ghost bearing witness to what is written, but before he can have the witness of the Holy Ghost, he must believe that what is written comes straight from the mouth of Jesus Christ in the first place, (yes, the Holy Ghost also effects this "believing", but never forget that the Holy Ghost has deigned to work THROUGH and BY the written Word of God, just as God gives food THROUGH and BY sowing, tilling, and reaping), and thus, by marginalizing this authority, by blunting the sword through the proliferation of so many "bibles," Satan has managed to almost completely neutralize the truth of God's written Word in the world today.
And the King James Bible Translators foresaw this four hundred years ago, as they stated in their preface --

"Nay, we will yet come nearer the quick: doth not their Paris edition differ from the Lovaine, and Hentenius his from them both, and yet all of them allowed by authority? Nay, doth not Sixtus Quintus confess, that certain Catholics (he meaneth certain of his own side) were in such an humor of translating the Scriptures into Latin, THAT SATAN TAKING OCCASION BY THEM, though they thought of no such matter, did strive what he could, OUT OF SO UNCERTAIN AND MANIFOLD A VARIETY OF TRANSLATIONS, SO TO MINGLE ALL THINGS, THAT NOTHING MIGHT SEEM TO BE LEFT CERTAIN AND FIRM IN THEM... And yet Clement the Eighth his immediate successor, published another edition of the Bible, CONTAINING IN IT INFINITE DIFFERENCES from that of Sixtus, (AND MANY OF THEM WEIGHTY AND MATERIAL) and yet this must be authentic by all means. WHAT IS TO HAVE THE FAITH OF OUR GLORIOUS LORD JESUS CHRIST WITH YEA OR NAY, IF THIS BE NOT? AGAIN, WHAT IS SWEET HARMONY AND CONSENT, IF THIS BE?" Translators To The Reader (emphasis added) |
With this prong Satan accomplished two goals: one, the dilution of the authority of the written Word of God, and two, the reestablishment of the corrupt Latin Vulgate text that ruled the dark ages.
In the first case, by flooding the market with a countless number of translations, thereby raising up an army of contenders for the title of "Written Word of God," Satan had effectively marginalized and removed the written Word of God from efficacious service, such as if a military unit were suddenly constituted with a whole horde of generals, all with equal rank and authority, wherein the result of which would be nothing but confusion, for no command, no order, would carry any certainty whatsoever, because every command, every order, could be immediately countermanded by the next general, and no single order could be enforced among the rank-and-file because every soldier could negate any order given him by merely appealing to the next general down the line. Thus, Satan had effectively blunted the authority of the written Word of God by flooding the market with multiple generals, multiple strains, albeit corrupt generals, and corrupt strains, all of which paved the way for the second accomplishment of Satan's first prong, which also delivered the knock-out blow.
By flooding the market with a plethora of translations, Satan also -- and simultaneously -- managed to reestablish the very same corrupt text that had ruled the dark ages, that is, the Latin Vulgate text, which is represented today by modern "bibles" such as the NASB, NIV, ESV, and so on. And although unregenerate professing Christians are blind to this fact, those who are genuinely born again and who possess a single iota of discernment understand that this text is absolutely, utterly FATAL to the truth, which is one reason why it ruled the dark ages in the first place, and that this text does nothing but mislead, since it portrays a FALSE JESUS, a FALSE GOSPEL -- again as I've demonstrated elsewhere, and as ANYONE who recognizes genuine spiritual fruit knows. Or, to say it another way, ANYONE who has a true relation with Jesus Christ, ANYONE who truly hears the voice of Jesus Christ, can recognize the utterly corrupt fruit of modern "bibles" while simultaneously recognizing the genuine fruit of the Textus Receptus and the King James Bible, and he who cannot so testify is deluding himself if he thinks he's born again.
In other words, he who cannot see the connection between modern "bibles" and the apostate status of Christianity today is he who is deluding himself if he thinks he's indwelt by the Holy Spirit, because the Holy Spirit HIMSELF bears witness to the TRUTH of the Textus Receptus and the King James Bible, while simultaneously bearing witness to the FALSEHOOD of the Latin Vulgate text and modern "bibles," and he who is not indwelt by the Holy Spirit is reprobate, as it is written --

"Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his." Romans 8:9 |
Of course, that doesn't mean that everyone who adheres to the Textus Receptus and the King James Bible is regenerate, for as we are seeing, there is a KJV CULT rampaging in the land, and NONE of them are regenerate. On the other hand, there is also a CULT of modern biblical scholarship, such as Greek "experts" who can't even pronounce Greek properly, let alone speak it, and so on, and this CULT is likewise lost, is likewise unregenerate, but now is not the time to discuss this branch of the issue.
Well then, one may ask, if there are so many professing Christians on both sides of the fence that are unregenerate, then what does that say about the kingdom of God? Well, it merely confirms what the LIVING WORD OF GOD has said all along --

"Because strait is the gate, and narrow
is the way, which leadeth unto life, and FEW there be that find
it." Matthew 7:14 |
The entire creation is going to be shocked in the day of Jesus Christ at how FEW, comparatively speaking, will be saved. The entire creation will be shocked in the day of Jesus Christ when it is discovered that the VAST, VAST MAJORITY of the human race will be spending eternity in everlasting torment. As Richard Baxter somberly observed --

"IT HATH BEEN THE ASTONISHING WONDER OF MANY A MAN, AS WELL AS ME, TO READ IN THE HOLY SCRIPTURE, HOW FEW WILL BE SAVED, AND THAT THE GREATEST PART OF EVEN OF THOSE THAT ARE CALLED WILL BE EVERLASTINGLY SHUT OUT OF THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, AND TORMENTED WITH THE DEVILS IN ETERNAL FIRE." OH! how fierce and how glorious will that day be. Will you be there -- on the same side of the chasm as the saints and holy angels? Has Jesus Christ ever PERSONALLY INTRODUCED HIMSELF to you, and indwelt you, and made you a new creature?
Only eight people out of an entire world were saved in the days of Noah. Only three people out of a vast mega-metropolis were saved during the days of Abraham and Lot. The very first sermon that Jesus Christ, the Living Word, ever preached in his own hometown of Nazareth was on the topic of how FEW will be saved, and it is written that all of these histories, and then some, are to serve as both an example and a forewarning to us today --

"For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly; And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, MAKING THEM AN ENSAMPLE UNTO THOSE THAT AFTER SHOULD LIVE UNGODLY; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished." 2 Peter 2:4-9 |
So I ask you again -- has Jesus Christ ever PERSONALLY INTRODUCED HIMSELF to you, and indwelt you, and made you a new creature?
Delude yourself and burn; reckon with yourself and live.
Satan's second prong of attack against Jesus Christ and his saints was the rearing up of a CULT so as to make the TRUE written Word of God odious to the household of God, for Satan knows that the Holy Ghost bears witness to the TRUE written Word of God, and Satan knows that when the Holy Ghost bears witness to the TRUE written Word of God, the Gospel of Jesus Christ goes forth in POWER and cleanses the land, as demonstrated by the prophet Joel --

"And the LORD shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?... And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: And also upon the servants and upon the handmaids in those days will I pour out my spirit." Joel 2:11, 28-29 |
God pours out his Spirit through the TRUE written Word of God, not through the FALSE written Word of God -- as he DEMONSTRATED AND PROVED during the days of the Textus Receptus and the King James Bible -- so Satan has no fear of modern "bibles" and the Latin Vulgate text that underlies them, which is why Satan is so engaged in their proliferation, but he has GREAT fear of the Bible that for a time set the world free, namely, the Textus Receptus and the King James Bible. Accordingly, while reestablishing the corrupt Latin Vulgate text, Satan knew it was necessary to simultaneously deflect the Textus Receptus and the Bibles that are based on it. This he did by rearing up the KJV CULT and thereby causing them to make the Textus Receptus and even the very NAME of the King James Bible odious to sinner and saint alike.
Of course, not all have been deceived by Satan's devices in this matter, but the vast majority have -- on BOTH sides of the issue.
There are literally innumerable ways that Satan causes his CULT followers to exalt the King James Bible ITSELF over the Lord Jesus Christ HIMSELF, and most of them are very subtle -- but just as damning nevertheless. To demonstrate this, one way the CULT exalts the King James Bible over the LIVING WORD is in their cultic presupposition of applying the term "word" or "word of God" in the Scriptures SPECIFICALLY and UNILATERALLY to the King James Bible ITSELF.
Take Psalm 138:2, for example --

"I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: FOR THOU HAST MAGNIFIED THY WORD ABOVE ALL THY NAME." Psalm 138:2 |
The CULT is not only CERTAIN that the term "WORD" in this verse applies SPECIFICALLY to the King James Bible, but will likewise assert, either directly in some cases, or more subtly in others, that this verse means that the King James Bible ITSELF has even been magnified ABOVE the LIVING WORD HIMSELF, that the King James Bible ITSELF has been magnified ABOVE the Lord Jesus Christ HIMSELF.
Not only is such an assertion of course SHEER BLASPHEMY -- and a blasphemy that the Father HIMSELF will avenge in the day Jesus Christ -- but is likewise one of many infallible proofs of an unregenerate soul.
It never occurs to the KJV CULT that the term "WORD" in this verse might actually apply PRIMARILY to the LIVING WORD OF GOD, that the term 'WORD" might actually apply PRIMARILY to the Lord Jesus Christ HIMSELF -- this never even occurs to the CULT because they are so blinded by their presupposition -- by their CULTISM -- they are so blinded to matters of the Holy Spirit that they are firmly convinced that all roads in the Scripture actually lead to the King James Bible, when in fact, all roads in the Scripture actually lead to THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND NONE OTHER.
Indeed, the above Psalm was written about a thousand years BEFORE the Lord Jesus Christ became incarnate, and as we saw before, AFTER the LIVING WORD HIMSELF became incarnate, AFTER the Lord Jesus Christ HIMSELF became incarnate, the Holy Ghost HIMSELF revealed that the TRUE WORD OF GOD was none other than a PERSON, that the TRUE WORD OF GOD was none other than the Lord Jesus Christ HIMSELF.
Thus, the CULT is too late by sixteen hundred years to insert the King James Bible as the primary meaning in the above verse. The CULT has already lost the race by sixteen hundred years, for while the King James Bible came forth in the year of our Lord 1611, our Lord came forth in his own year -- and was crowned by none other than God the Holy Ghost HIMSELF as the TRUE WORD OF GOD -- some sixteen centuries BEFORE the King James Bible ever saw the light of day.
And just as the following phrase in Hosea would have NEVER been applied to the LIVING WORD OF GOD, would have NEVER been applied to Jesus Christ BEFORE the incarnation, the Holy Ghost by the mouth of Matthew ABSOLUTELY applied it to Jesus Christ AFTER the incarnation --

"When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt." Hosea 11:1 "When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt: And was there until the death of Herod: THAT IT MIGHT BE FULFILLED WHICH WAS SPOKEN OF THE LORD BY THE PROPHET, SAYING, OUT OF EGYPT HAVE I CALLED MY SON." But the CULT doesn't know how to read the Scriptures with SPIRITUAL eyes because the CULT doesn't have the testimony of the Holy Ghost in the first place, being unregenerate as they are. Nevertheless, as we have seen, the CULT is too late by sixteen centuries, for the TRUE WORD OF GOD has already been INFALLIBLY CROWNED by God the Holy Spirit, and that CROWN goes NOT to the King James Bible ITSELF, but rather, that CROWN goes to none other than the Lord Jesus Christ HIMSELF, to none other than the LIVING WORD OF GOD HIMSELF.
Case closed, game over.
The truth is, as all who have been genuinely regenerated by the Holy Spirit know, the Scriptures are full of parallelisms, and can therefore have dual or even multiple applications at times, nevertheless -- again, as EVERY truly regenerate person knows -- the PRIMARY application of the Scriptures, from Genesis to Revelation, refer NOT to the King James Bible, but refer rather to none other than JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF; yea, as EVERY truly regenerate person knows, ALL roads in Scripture truly do NOT lead to the King James Bible, but rather ALL roads in Scripture truly DO lead to JESUS CHRIST, AND NONE OTHER.
And there is not a regenerate person on this planet who not only doesn't know that, but who likewise wouldn't say a hearty AMEN to it without batting an eyelash. Not one.
As another example of how the CULT attempts to subordinate Jesus Christ to the King James Bible, the CULT will assert that Jesus Christ was himself subject to the written Word of God, and by extension, of course, the CULT extrapolates that into meaning that the King James Bible ITSELF is Lord over Jesus Christ HIMSELF.
Once again, the CULT'S own presuppositions, their own CULTISM, has blinded them to the actual truth.
In the first place, Jesus OVERRODE the written Word of God when he was in the flesh, and in the second, whenever Jesus DID employ the written Word of God, it was JESUS who did the WIELDING... The written Word of God did not wield Jesus; rather, Jesus HIMSELF wielded the written Word of God ITSELF. In other words, the written Word of God ITSELF served at the PLEASURE of the LIVING WORD OF GOD HIMSELF.
Moreover, Jesus Christ CLEARLY magnified his own authority OVER the written Word of God as demonstrated in Matthew 19:7-9 --

"They say unto him, Why did Moses then command to give a writing of divorcement, and to put her away? He saith unto them, Moses because of the hardness of your hearts suffered you to put away your wives: but from the beginning it was not so. AND I SAY UNTO YOU, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery." Matthew 19:7-9 |
Jesus Christ CLEARLY asserted his own Godhood over the written Word of God above, but Satan's cult followers, instead of recognizing this simple truth, and instead of recognizing the simple fact that Jesus Christ is Lord over the written Word of God, rather, Satan's cult followers will take the fact that Jesus overrode Moses' writing in the Torah and will spin it into something entirely out of context and out of the realm of truth into the realm of cultic fantasy and fiction.
But of course, it is there
in black and white for all the world to see that Jesus Christ DID, in
fact, override the Torah, that Jesus Christ DID, in fact, override the
written Word of God, and one of the main reasons it is there for all the world
to see is because the Father, in his determinate counsel, intended to let
everyone know that Jesus Christ is just as much Lord over the written Word as he
is everything else, that Jesus Christ is just as much Lord over the King James
Bible as he is Lord over everything else.
In addition, no one who is genuinely born
of the Spirit would EVER protest when Jesus Christ is spoken of more
respectfully than the King James Bible, and yet, you will find Satan's cult
followers becoming irate and taking issue with this every time. Just another
example of how Satan uses his cult followers to idolize a BOOK over the
LIVING LORD JESUS CHRIST, and to thereby discredit the true work of Jesus
Christ by those who adhere to the King James Bible. I have literally seen -- on
numerous occasions -- where, when the King James Bible even APPEARS to be
slighted, while in the VERY SAME SENTENCE Jesus Christ has CLEARLY
been slighted, the CULT members nevertheless become absolutely FURIOUS
about the King James Bible even being THOUGHT of in ignominious terms
while giving a complete pass to the denigration of the Lord Jesus HIMSELF.
Of course, I must say
again that NO truly regenerate person could act in such a fashion. Those
of us who are regenerate know how the Holy Spirit does and does not operate, and
it is not even REMOTELY possible for a truly regenerate person to act in
such a fashion. Not even REMOTELY, as EVERYONE who is truly
indwelt by the Holy Spirit knows.
When I was born again, and as is true with
every single person who ever has been born again, or ever will be born again,
the Holy Spirit, after bestowing upon me supernatural faith necessary for true
salvation, also instilled in me an intense, burning, consuming love for Jesus
Christ. That is, IMMEDIATELY upon regeneration, which is true with ALL
who are born of the Spirit, I was so intensely, fiercely in LOVE with the
PERSON of Jesus Christ that I couldn't contain myself. And I couldn't
read the written Word of God fast enough because it talked about the person I
was head-over-heels in love with. As I said, this is of course true with
EVERYONE who has ever been born again, or who ever WILL be born
again, and the reason I adhere to the King James Bible is because it accurately
reflects that person with whom I'm in abject love, unlike modern "bibles."
I do not adhere to the King James Bible because the Holy Spirit infused me with
an intense, burning, consuming love for the King James Bible, because the Holy
Spirit didn't do that, nor does the Holy Spirit EVER do that upon
regeneration. Rather, the Holy Spirit upon regeneration infuses EVERYONE
he regenerates with an overpowering, intense, consuming LOVE for the
PERSON of Jesus Christ, and none other.
And so, when you find a person, over a period of time, talking about the King James Bible more than he talks about Jesus Christ, you may be infallibly certain that you are dealing with one of Satan's KJV CULT followers, not with a regenerate servant of Jesus Christ. And there are many, many more demonstrations that could be proffered here, but most people who are interested enough to read this article already know what I'm talking about, so I'll wind it down now and close with a few observations, for, as will soon be shown in the day of the TRUE LIVING WORD OF GOD, even in the day of the Lord Jesus Christ, those who continuously subordinate Jesus Christ to the King James Bible are INFALLIBLY Satan's KJV CULT followers, and they do nothing but fulfill Satan's will, and they likewise do nothing but subvert the entire paradigm of God's true Word, and they do nothing but wreak havoc with the TRUTH.
There are, in fact, a number of believers out there who adhere to the Textus Receptus/King James Bible, but who would never DARE associate themselves with any of the pro King James Bible groups today for the simple reason that the CULT KJV crowd is largely in control of most of these movements, and the CULTIC side of the King James Bible issue is not only embarrassing, but is likewise a FOUL STENCH in the nostrils of the Father, who is himself INCENSED at those who exalt a BOOK over his SON.
Finally, we who are regenerate bless the Lord Jesus for giving us such a remarkable, accurate, glorious reflection of HIMSELF in the Textus Receptus/King James Bible, but we who are regenerate also recognize that Jesus Christ is HIMSELF Lord over the King James Bible ITSELF, that Jesus Christ supersedes the written Word, as he demonstrated while in the flesh, and that Jesus Christ is HIMSELF the TRUE WORD OF GOD in the ultimate sense of that word, that Jesus Christ is HIMSELF truly that WORD that God magnified above all his name, and that --

"...whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away." 1 Corinthians 13:8-10 |
That which is PERFECT is yet to come, it is not here now, for it is YET TO COME, and that which is PERFECT, in the ULTIMATE sense of the word, is none other than the LORD JESUS CHRIST, not a BOOK, but the LIVING LORD JESUS CHRIST, who is not only Lord of Lords and King of Kings, but is likewise LORD over the King James Bible.
