CALVINISM AND THE KING JAMES BIBLE

There isn't a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who doesn't KNOW that he was saved by the faith OF the operation of God rather than by his own faith IN the operation of God. Every single GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet knows that in the INSTANT of his regeneration, in the MOMENT of his new birth -- yes, in the very MOMENT -- that he was made alive by the faith OF the operation of God, and not by his own faith IN the operation of God, even if he can't articulate it in just those words, or in just that way.

Indeed, there is not a single, solitary GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who doesn't know that he was FIRST made alive, and THEN he believed -- believed SAVINGLY, believed SUPERNATURALLY. There is not a GENUINELY born again Christian on earth or in heaven who doesn't KNOW that BEFORE he could believe -- believe SUPERNATURALLY, believe SAVINGLY -- that BEFORE he could believe SAVINGLY that he FIRST had to be MADE ALIVE by the Holy Spirit through the WASHING OF REGENERATION. There is not a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who has not EXPERIENCED exactly this, and exactly in this order. Not one. And he who has NOT actually EXPERIENCED this, in this exact order, and who yet thinks he's saved, is utterly delusional; indeed, he is the most deluded man on the face of the earth, bar none.

In that very vein, it can well be noted that of all the Bibles in English -- and I suspect of all the Bibles in any other language as well -- the King James Bible is FAR AND AWAY the MOST CALVINISTIC Bible there is. There is NO Bible in English, and probably NO Bible in any other language, that even APPROACHES the King James Bible in its CALVINISTIC scheme. Certainly the NASB, ESV, NIV, NKJV, as noted above, along with the host of other English "bibles", are PATENTLY ARMINIAN in doctrine compared to the King James Bible, as will be demonstrated herein, and as has ALREADY been demonstrated in the verse above, at least to anyone who possesses even a modicum of understanding of what constitutes the two very distinct doctrines. And let it be said at the outset that this paper will not be a defense of Calvinism or an exposition of Arminianism, per se, but merely a demonstration that the King James Bible is the MOST Calvinistic Bible there is, so that an accurate understanding of Calvinism is assumed, and not an ignorance of it, such as those who think that Calvinism does away with the responsibility of man, when in fact, Calvinism EMPHASIZES the responsibility of man INFINITELY MORE than Arminianism, and only those who are TOTAL IGNORAMUSES of Calvinism deny it.

As will also be shown, this type of GROSS MISTRANSLATION in modern "bibles", as represented in the BLUE letters above, are LEGION in modern "bibles", as opposed to the CORRECT TRANSLATION by the King James Bible and the accurate statement by John Bunyan in the RED letters. Oh, I know modern anglo Greek "experts" and translators who can't even pronounce Greek properly, let alone speak it, have invented a grammatical justification for their MISTRANSLATION of this and many other such prepositions, but I will burst that bubble in short order, as well as let the reader know that native Greeks who are fluent in English and who can actually speak their own language of Greek disagree with these modern anglo Greek "experts" who can't even pronounce Greek properly, let alone speak it.

It will also be demonstrated via this transmission that modern "bibles" could not possibly have been translated by regenerate men and women, as is self-evident in the above verse, along with many, many other verses like it. Not even close. One or two verses maybe, but not the LEGION of MISTRANSLATIONS that actually occur in modern "bibles" with regard to the cause and the mode of salvation. In fact, the significance of the translation of this verse given above, as well as the significance of Bunyan's declaration, are lost on the unregenerate and feeble-minded, but they are not lost on the truly regenerate, any more than the scraps of bread and fish were lost after the Lord Jesus fed the multiplied thousands. [John 6:5-14]

And the above verse is only the bare tip of the iceberg.

The reason for this, of course, is simple -- to wit: the reason the King James Bible is FAR AND AWAY the MOST CALVINISTIC Bible extant is because the King James Bible is based on the TEXTUS RECEPTUS and is ACCURATELY TRANSLATED  from the Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, UNLIKE all other modern English "bibles", as will also be demonstrated. As the PURE gospel of Jesus Christ is CALVINISTIC in its scheme, so is the TEXTUS RECEPTUS Hebrew and Greek that underlies the King James Bible CALVINISTIC in its scheme, and from which the King James Bible is ACCURATELY translated, UNLIKE modern "bibles", the above verse being just a microcosm of the plague that has infested modern "bibles".

Of course, we use the term CALVINIST only as a LABEL to describe what the TRUE Scriptures actually teach. In other words, we use the term CALVINIST in order to simply give a schematic, or systematic, form to the TRUE gospel of Jesus Christ, which is the SOURCE of CALVINISM. Or, to say it yet another way, the TRUE gospel of Jesus Christ is accurately described by the term CALVINIST, which is to say, CALVINISM is derived FROM the Scriptures, not the other way around. In fact, George Whitefield summed this matter up perfectly --

Which is true of ALL who are truly born of the Spirit. There are no exceptions. Just as there is ONE Lord, ONE faith, and ONE baptism, so there is ONE TRUE doctrine, and those who DENY the Sovereign Grace of God in the salvation of men will find in the day that they stand before Jesus Christ that they have blasphemed the High and Lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, and their unregenerate fleshly and carnal mind will be exposed before all of creation. There isn't a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who, just like Whitefield above, doesn't "embrace the Calvinistic scheme", and any man who thinks differently is deluding himself if he thinks he's born again. Utterly deluding himself, and, as I said, he will be found on the day of Jesus Christ to have blasphemed the High and Lofty One that inhabiteth eternity with his arrogant, willful, prideful doctrine which asserts man's free will in the matter of his regeneration. There is no doctrine that blasphemes Jesus Christ more, or presumes on God's grace more, than that Satanic doctrine. As Bunyan rightly decreed --

Indeed, it was THIS Bible, the King James Bible, that bred this Calvinistic theology in all the great men of God in yesteryear, for Whitefield's statement is representative of the Puritans and Great Awakeners who preceded him, and who used the King James Bible as their chosen sword. Indeed, like Bunyan and Owen and the numerous others before him, Whitefield got his doctrines from the Spirit of Christ through his written Word, and that written Word was the King James Bible. And the reason that God has so honored the writings and the preaching of such men is because the Calvinistic scheme is PURE, UNLEAVENED GOSPEL, UNLIKE the FALSE and DEADLY gospel of Arminianism, which has NO POWER AT ALL, and which in various cloaks and guises is what is perpetrated by modern "bibles" and the mass of unregenerate preachers of our day who use them.

That's not to say that all who hold to the scheme of Calvinism are truly born again, for most of them today are not, and that's because, while they hold to the Calvinistic scheme with their lips, they deny it in their practice. For example, you will invariably hear them using the grossly heretical term, "Accept Jesus as your Saviour", along with many other such perversions of truth, even though this phraseology utterly contradicts the TRUE gospel of Jesus Christ, wherein it is JESUS who does the accepting, not the other way around, not to mention that Jesus does NOT come in FIRST as Saviour, but rather, Jesus Christ comes in FIRST as LORD, which is why it is often correctly stated -- "Jesus will be Lord OF all, or he will not be Lord AT all". You cannot take Jesus as merely the Saviour, as the above heretical statement intimates, and which is so heretically propounded today. No. You must BOW to Jesus as LORD, or you have NO chance of being genuinely born again. None whatsoever. [Ephesians 1:6]

Accordingly, know that there isn't a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who doesn't KNOW -- and that INFALLIBLY -- who doesn't KNOW that his faith, his SUPERNATURAL FAITH, his SAVING FAITH, was a GIFT from God without ANYTHING foreseen, that HIS OWN FAITH was nothing but FLESHLY FAITH, that HIS OWN FAITH was nothing but a DEADLY, DAMNING FAITH which will only sink all those into hell who are not SOVEREIGNLY delivered from it. There isn't a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who doesn't KNOW this. Not one, for one of the VERY FIRST THINGS that the Holy Spirit does is to convince the sinner that HIS OWN FAITH is nothing but a DAMNING FAITH, and that without SUPERNATURAL FAITH FROM ABOVE he has not a shred of hope. Not an iota. We'll hear from Whitefield and Spurgeon on this matter --

There isn't a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who hasn't undergone this EXACT paradigm. Not one. Not unless they were born again in the womb, or in deep infancy, both of which are highly unlikely, especially the former, as that was reserved for John the Baptist. [Luke 1:41-44]

Moreover, those who hold to the Calvinistic scheme, but who deny it in their practice, and who are thus likewise unregenerate, foolishly assert that it's possible to deny Sovereign Grace and yet still be saved. Had they ever actually EXPERIENCED the SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH themselves, they would NEVER make such a foolish assertion. They would KNOW that it is NOT POSSIBLE to be GENUINELY born again and yet assert that every iota of their salvation, INCLUDING their faith, was not the GIFT OF GOD apart from ANYTHING FORESEEN, just as Bunyan stated above, and as was held by all the Puritans and Great Awakeners of yesteryear. That's because Bunyan et. al. were truly regenerate, unlike these imposters of our day.

Bunyan in the above quotations is of course talking about SUPERNATURAL FAITH, SAVING FAITH, even the FAITH OF GOD'S ELECT, just as the Holy Spirit taught through Paul. [Titus 1:1] And that is the ONLY faith that saves. Man's faith is WORTHLESS. Man's faith is a DAMNING, DEADLY, KILLING FAITH.

Indeed, in order to go to heaven, it takes SUPERNATURAL FAITH GIVEN FROM ABOVE, and NOTHING LESS. And once again, there is not a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who not only doesn't know that, but who also hasn't likewise EXPERIENCED exactly that, who hasn't EXPERIENCED the FAITH OF THE OPERATION OF GOD, just as Whitefield and Spurgeon described above, along with many other such SUPERNATURAL happenstances in the SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH.

Modern "bibles" have turned this verse on its head and made it THE FAITH OF MAN, NOT THE FAITH OF GOD, THE FAITH OF GOD'S ELECT. By altering that one little preposition modern "bibles" have utterly perverted the way of truth, and, like the Pharisees of old, not only do they not go into heaven themselves, but they prevent those who would from entering. And as I said, this is just ONE VERSE.

Here is yet another verse which is absolutely CRITICAL, and one which demonstrates how utterly impossible it is that regenerate translators were involved in this ARMINIAN rendition into English from the Greek, which is yet another GROSS MISTRANSLATION and PERVERSION OF THE TRUTH. And once again, the CALVINISM of the King James Bible TRUMPETS ITSELF against the rank ARMINIANISM and heresy of modern "bibles" in this verse -- again, one among a MULTITUDE of verses --

Modern "bibles" to a tee, of course, have substituted the word IN for OF in the two CRUCIAL places just noted, and thus modern "bibles" have once again OBLITERATED the sound doctrine of the ATONEMENT, along with the METHOD of RECEIVING that ATONEMENT, that is, the METHOD of being GENUINELY born again by RECEIVING SAVING, SUPERNATURAL FAITH FROM ABOVE.

The King James Bible projects the CALVINISTIC scheme and puts the onus on Jesus Christ, where it belongs. Modern "bibles" project the ARMINIAN scheme and place the onus on man, where God and his glory are continuously blasphemed thereby. As you will see, this is standard fare for modern ARMINIAN "bibles".

In other words, once again we have the ARMINIAN scheme of modern "bibles" above where it is MAN who is doing the acting and contributing to his own salvation, as opposed to the CALVINISTIC scheme of the King James Bible where it is JESUS CHRIST who is doing the acting and who is SOVEREIGNLY BESTOWING FAITH upon his elect so that his elect ARE ENABLED TO BELIEVE in Jesus Christ in the first place. You will also notice that the Holy Spirit was PERFECTLY CAPABLE of saying "faith IN Christ", as that is supplied BETWEEN the two declarations of the faith OF Christ, and in fact, modern "bibles" make absolutely NO SENSE WHATSOEVER in this passage by rending ALL THREE PREPOSITIONS as IN, thereby UTTERLY OBLITERATING the very FOCUS and INTENT of the Holy Spirit's teaching in this verse, as ANYONE who has EXPERIENCE in the Holy Spirit KNOWS, for this verse describes TO A TEE the METHODOLOGY of HOW the believer was ENABLED TO BELIEVE in the first place -- that is, through the faith OF Christ -- and only he who does NOT have EXPERIENCE in the SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH could fail to comprehend the dynamics of this verse in that sense. My, my, how easy it is to unmask the unregenerate.

It is the faith OF Jesus Christ that secured HIS OWN obedience to his Father and the Cross, that secured HIS OWN resurrection, and that ALSO SECURES -- CONTINUOUSLY -- indeed, it is the faith OF Jesus Christ that CONTINUOUSLY secures the SUPERNATURAL FAITH, the SAVING FAITH, of his ELECT. It was NOTHING IN MAN then; NOTHING WHATSOEVER, and it is NOTHING IN MAN now, NOTHING WHATSOEVER, that brought the ELECT to Jesus Christ, not even MAN'S FLESHLY, UNREGENERATE FAITH. No indeed. Salvation was ALL OF CHRIST -- INCLUDING THE GIFT OF FAITH, EVEN THE FAITH OF GOD'S ELECT, EXACTLY as the King James Bible decrees THROUGHOUT, as we will continue to see. Bunyan described the faith of God's ELECT to a tee --

You will find THROUGHOUT the King James Bible that it is REGENERATE FAITH, SUPERNATURAL FAITH, SAVING FAITH, that is decreed in the relevant passages, which is to say, you will find THROUGHOUT the King James Bible that it is the CALVINISTIC scheme that the Scriptures project, whereas, on the other hand, you will find THROUGHOUT modern "bibles" that it is FLESHLY FAITH, UNREGENERATE FAITH, that is decreed in the relevant passages, which is to say, you will find THROUGHOUT modern "bibles" that it is the ARMINIAN scheme that its verses project.

And these are things that NO regenerate translator could have POSSIBLY missed... and we haven't even started yet. Not even close. No. There's more... MUCH more.

Here is a verse that EVERY SINGLE GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet KNOWS is correctly translated in the King James Bible and INCORRECTLY translated in modern "bibles". Indeed, even if he doesn't know a SYLLABLE of Greek, he nevertheless KNOWS that the CALVINISTIC scheme of the King James Bible here is TRUE doctrine, while simultaneously KNOWING that the ARMINIAN scheme of modern "bibles" here is not only FALSE doctrine, but FOUL and DEADLY as well, at least IN THIS CONTEXT.

Again, I emphasize "IN THIS CONTEXT", for in a DIFFERENT CONTEXT the wording is true, but IN THIS CONTEXT there is not a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who doesn't KNOW that the CALVINISTIC scheme of the King James Bible in this passage IN PARTICULAR is GLORIOUS AND TRUE, while the ARMINIAN scheme of modern "bibles" in this passage is FLESHLY AND DAMNING. See for yourself what I mean, especially if you are truly regenerate and possess EXPERIENCE in the Holy Spirit --

There isn't a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who doesn't KNOW that he lives BY THE FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST, that it is the FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST that sustains him, that it is the FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST that is the SOURCE OF HIS OWN SUPERNATURAL FAITH. There isn't a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who doesn't know that it takes SUPERNATURAL FAITH to live by, and that that SUPERNATURAL FAITH is nothing less than the FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST. Not one.

Before doing some explaining, I'll offer one more verse to ice the cake, as it were, to show how the CALVINISTIC scheme is so pronounced in the King James Bible, as opposed to the ARMINIAN scheme in modern "bibles", and if this verse doesn't demonstrate the DISTINCTION in this matter, as well as the SEVERE SOTERIOLOGICAL AND SPIRITUAL MANDATES OF GOSPEL TRUTH in this matter to you, then you are without understanding --

According to the King James Bible, the faith OF Christ is the PROCURING CAUSE of the believer being GIVEN SAVING FAITH, whereas in modern "bibles" it is the believer's OWN FAITH that is the PROCURING CAUSE of his ability to believe, which is of course sheer heresy, and, as I have said a couple of times now, will cause those who hold this doctrine to discover on the day of judgment that they have blasphemed the High and Lofty One that inhabiteth eternity. And once again, the CALVINISTIC scheme of the King James Bible shines like the sun here, while the ARMINIAN scheme of modern "bibles" deceives like a desert mirage.

Examples of this exact nature could be multiplied like locusts. For just a few of these you can compare the following. First, for example, is Ephesians 3:13, "In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith OF him," or Philippians 3:9, "And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith OF Christ, the righteousness which is OF God by faith," Revelation 14:12, "Here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith OF Jesus."

Now, just so you'll know, modern translators get around this issue by negating the genitive force of the clause by simply attaching a label to it and calling it an objective genitive. Remember, grammatical terms are MAN MADE. So what does that mean exactly? It means simply that modern translators don't like the way IT IS ACTUALLY WRITTEN by the Holy Spirit, thus they intended to make the clause read the way THEY WANT IT TO READ, REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT ACTUALLY SAYS. In order to do this, and in order to "justify" it, they simply manufacture a grammatical term and apply it to the clause so they can now translate the clause THEY WAY THEY WANT IT TO READ, instead of HOW IT ACTUALLY READS as WRITTEN IN THE TEXT.

In other words, even though the Holy Spirit has put the clause in the standard genitive case, modern translators have determined that the standard genitive case should not have been employed by the Holy Spirit here, thus they label it as an objective genitive and instead of translating it OF they instead now translate it as IN. Of course, the fact that there are NUMEROUS other places in the Greek text where the Holy Spirit has demonstrated that he is perfectly capable of saying FAITH IN CHRIST when that is what he wants to say, is completely lost on these unregenerate modern translators. Of course, there are places in the Scriptures where IN is a perfectly true and appropriate translation, but there are NUMEROUS places where it is NOT true and appropriate, as in the above cases, and where the issue is a soteriological issue, or one where the ACTION is on Jesus Christ, and not the believer, and it is in these passages IN PARTICULAR where CRUCIAL DOCTRINE has been UTTERLY OBLITERATED by MANIFESTLY UNREGENERATE translators who haven't an IOTA of actual EXPERIENCE in the Holy Spirit, for did they, they would NEVER have MUTILATED these passages so. Wait and see, for the day WILL declare it.

And there are NUMEROUS other categories THROUGHOUT the Scriptures where it can be DEMONSTRATED that the King James Bible projects the CALVINISTIC scheme and where modern "bibles" conversely project a PATENTLY ARMINIAN scheme, but to demonstrate them would take volumes, not one relatively brief paper.

Nevertheless, the problem with this matter is twofold: one, it is a GROSS MISTRANSLATION of the Scriptures on the one hand, and two, and MORE IMPORTANTLY, by so doing, modern "bibles" present a FALSE Jesus, a FALSE gospel, and a FALSE method of salvation.

The verse that Bunyan quoted above, for example, Colossians 2:12, has been a FOUNDATIONAL verse for salvation for GENERATIONS of GENUINELY born again Christians. That's because the PURE TRUTH of the doctrine as decreed by the King James Bible is the ONLY, ONLY, ONLY WAY that a person can become GENUINELY born again. There is NO OTHER WAY WHATSOEVER.

Hear this and hear it well -- the ONLY way a person can become GENUINELY born again is THROUGH THE FAITH OF THE OPERATION OF GOD, and NO OTHER WAY WHATSOEVER. NONE!!!

That, along with the other verses just noted, as well as many other gross errors throughout their translations, is why it is NOT POSSIBLE that GENUINELY born again translators were involved in the production of those modern "bibles". It's not merely IMPROBABLE; it is utterly IMPOSSIBLE, for there is not a GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet who would assent to the reading of modern "bibles" in these passages, any more than there is a GENUINELY born again Christian anywhere on this planet who would consent to the REMOVAL of GOD in 1 Timothy 3:16, for EVERY GENUINELY born again Christian on this planet KNOWS what Charles Hodge and John Owen meant when they said, referring to 1 Timothy 3:16 --

The most damning enemy to have ever arisen against Christianity is the modern 'bible", based on the two most habitual liars in the history of literature, Vaticanus B and Sinaiticus Aleph. Couple the depravity of these two corrupt manuscripts with incompetent translators, who are not only incompetent linguistically, but manifestly UNREGENERATE as well, and you have the perfect storm for deceiving the masses who profess to be Christians today, and the above is only the bare tip of the iceberg.

Friend, YOU may have made a commitment to Jesus Christ, but unless you have EVIDENCE -- SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE -- unless you have SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE that Jesus Christ has made a commitment to YOU, by FILLING you with his Spirit, indeed, unless you have SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE that Jesus Christ has made a commitment to YOU by FILLING you with his Spirit, EXACTLY as described in the quotations noted in these two works on the FILLING of the Holy Spirit -- Part I, Part II -- then you will NEVER enter the kingdom of heaven, for if Jesus Christ has not borne witness to you here by FILLING you with his Spirit, neither will he bear witness to you there, when you stand before him at his judgment seat.

Consequently, I challenge every one of you, every one of you reading this right now, to SERIOUSLY EXAMINE YOURSELF, and be BRUTALLY HONEST with YOURSELF, for you can NEVER be FILLED with the Holy Spirit until you are BORN of the Holy Spirit in a MANIFEST SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE -- MANIFEST -- MANIFEST -- MANIFEST SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE -- and you will NEVER be BORN of the Holy Spirit unless you are BRUTALLY HONEST about your condition [2 Corinthians 13:5]. Accordingly, I warn you again, if you cannot HONESTLY and LEGITIMATELY claim the EXPERIENCE of being FILLED with the Holy Spirit, EXACTLY as demonstrated in the quotations here -- Part I, Part II -- a FILLING which occurs IMMEDIATELY UPON the MOMENT of REGENERATION, then do something about it NOW, while you still can -- I say, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT NOW, WHILE YOU STILL CAN -- for if you INSIST on DECEIVING YOURSELF, God not only will NOT STOP YOU, but God will actually ENHANCE YOUR ABILITY to FURTHER DECEIVE YOURSELF, and God will do this by imposing JUDICIAL BLINDNESS upon you, for God HATES LIES, and there is NO LIE that God HATES WORSE than the SELF-DECEIVING LIE, for the SELF-DECEIVING LIE is ROOTED IN PRIDE, and that is the very NATURE of wickedness and iniquity [2 Thessalonians 2:11, John 8:44, Matthew 11:25-26].

Have you ever FELT, have you ever EXPERIENCED, the MANIFEST POWER of the Holy Spirit SUPERNATURALLY INDWELLING YOU? If not, then never think of going to heaven, for you are not yet meet for heaven. And yet...

I tell you -- and I call Father, Son, and Holy Spirit to record against that day I stand before the Lord Jesus at his judgment seat -- indeed, I tell you that Jesus Christ can be KNOWN, and KNOWN more INTIMATELY than ANY other person in existence. Jesus Christ is not only the source of all life, he is likewise the sustainer and dispenser of all life, and he is therefore capable of making HIMSELF MANIFEST to his ELECT more certainly than any created being can make himself known to you, exactly as he has promised in [John 14:21-23], and numerous other passages.

If you will not prize your soul above ALL ELSE, you will NEVER be granted a SAVING audience with Jesus Christ. Blind Bartimaeus, as recorded in the gospels, would be saved at all costs. Will you be saved at all costs? If you will not be saved at all costs, you will not be saved by Jesus Christ at all.

Would you be born again? GENUINELY born again?

Then take wise counsel -- pick up a Bible based on the Traditional Text -- in English, the ONLY VALID Bible based on the Traditional Text is the King James Bible -- and then read with SOLEMNITY, beginning in the Gospels preferably, and beg Jesus Christ to reveal himself to you, and give him no rest until he does, for if you read the TRUE written Word of God, you will find the Lord of Glory, even Jesus Christ, moving upon the face of the waters in its pages, just as he moved upon the face of the waters when he walked across the Sea of Galilee, and if you follow the advice just given, and if you persist, Jesus Christ HIMSELF will verily MANIFEST HIMSELF to you (for he HIMSELF promises to do this for those who truly heed this advice), just as he MANIFESTED HIMSELF to his disciples when he moved upon the face of the waters as he walked across the stormy sea some two thousand years ago, and just as he did with ME not too many years ago, and just as he has done with a FEW others from day to day since that time, in this very generation, and just as he will do for YOU if -- IF -- you heed my advice, and if -- IF -- you persist therein, for he who promised is FAITHFUL.
