FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT - Part II

Part I

Though YOU may have made a commitment to Jesus Christ, has Jesus Christ made a commitment to YOU? I say, has Jesus Christ made a commitment to YOU? Can you PROVE IT? I say, CAN YOU PROVE IT? I ask you one more time, has Jesus Christ made a commitment to YOU, and can you PROVE IT?

Can YOU produce the BIRTHRIGHT? Even the BIRTHRIGHT of the BAPTISM AND FILLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT? If Jesus Christ has made a commitment to YOU, then you have been BAPTIZED IN AND FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT in a MANIFEST SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE, and this EXPERIENCE, this BIRTHRIGHT -- I say, this BIRTHRIGHT -- yes, this EXPERIENCE, this BIRTHRIGHT, is one that you FELT, and one that you can REMEMBER, and one that you can GLORY in, and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, one that you can PRODUCE, indeed, one that you will be COMMANDED TO PRODUCE when you stand before Jesus Christ [Matthew 22:11-13], and WOE to that man who CANNOT actually PRODUCE THE BIRTHRIGHT, for he will be SPEECHLESS indeed, so while YOU may have made a commitment to Jesus Christ, unless you possess SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE that Jesus Christ has made a commitment to YOU by BAPTIZING YOU IN AND FILLING YOU WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT in a MANIFEST SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE, then you have NO claim to the blood of Jesus, NO claim to the forgiveness of sins, and NO claim to heaven. None WHATSOEVER. Fair warning.

The Scriptures above, with only a slight nuance, refer to the VERY SAME EXPERIENCE, which is to say, being BAPTIZED in the Holy Spirit simply refers to the FIRST INSTANCE of being BORN OF AND FILLED with the Holy Spirit. The believer is BAPTIZED ONCE, REGENERATED ONCE, which manifests itself IN THE MOMENT of NEW BIRTH, and then the REGENERATED believer undergoes SUBSEQUENT FILLINGS of the Holy Spirit thereafter, the FIRST of which occurs IMMEDIATELY upon the MOMENT of REGENERATION.

You see, just as WATER BAPTISM signifies NEW LIFE from the dead, so SPIRITUAL BAPTISM is the ACTUAL EXPERIENCE of NEW LIFE from the dead, wherein a DEAD SPIRIT becomes a LIVING SPIRIT in a MOMENT of time by the MIRACULOUS POWER AND OPERATION OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. This is REGENERATION in a nutshell. And while, technically speaking, BAPTISM and FILLING are TWO DIFFERENT ACTS, they nevertheless EXPERIENTIALLY occur IMMEDIATELY ONE AFTER THE OTHER as in a MOMENT of time. That is, BAPTISM, or REGENERATION, comes FIRST, but then IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER the FILLING of the Holy Spirit follows. For example, the Gentiles in Caesarea, who had sent for Peter by the instructions of an angel, had never been BORN AGAIN, and so, when referring to the Holy Spirit "FALLING ON THEM", which was the EXPERIENCE of their REGENERATION, Peter in the above Scripture, Acts 11:15-16, categorized this "FALLING ON THEM" as the BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST, for the Scriptures ALWAYS EQUATE the BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST to the REGENERATION EXPERIENCE. Nor is there a great mystery here, for the Scripture is plain --

The Gentiles at Caesarea, EXACTLY like the disciples in Ephesus [Acts 19:1-7],  had NEVER had an encounter with the Holy Spirit PRIOR to Peter's preaching, and thus their BAPTISM in the Holy Ghost, a DOCTRINE which is EXPLICITLY proclaimed in 1 Corinthians 12:13 above, as well as a number of other Scriptures, indeed, their BAPTISM in the Holy Ghost was their REGENERATION EXPERIENCE, followed IMMEDIATELY by the FILLING of the Holy Spirit, which is true of ALL, ALL, ALL who are GENUINELY BORN AGAIN. There are NO exceptions. None, for "if ANY MAN have NOT the Spirit of Christ, HE IS NONE OF HIS." The FILLING of the Holy Spirit occurs SUBSEQUENT to the INITIAL BAPTISM of the Holy Spirit, and this FILLING can occur MULTIPLE TIMES in the life of the believer, an example of which is given in the third Scripture quoted above, namely Acts 4:31. However, AFTER the INITIAL BAPTISM of the Holy Ghost, such as happened to the disciples at Caesarea and Ephesus, which is the REGENERATION EXPERIENCE, the NEWLY REGENERATED believer is then IMMEDIATELY FILLED with the Holy Spirit, which was also the case with the disciples at Caesarea and Ephesus, as just indicated.

And once again, as noted in Part I of this topic, any man who tells you that you can be BORN AGAIN, that is, BAPTIZED in the Holy Spirit, and yet NOT be IMMEDIATELY FILLED with the Holy Spirit upon the MOMENT of REGENERATION, EXACTLY like the disciples at Caesarea and Ephesus -- although the MANIFESTATIONS need NOT be identical, such as speaking in tongues, or speaking the Word of God with boldness, which are only TWO such MANIFESTATIONS out of MANY, and therefore NEITHER of these TWO MANIFESTATIONS are REQUISITE PROOF of the BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST, but are ONLY TWO MANIFESTATIONS OUT OF MANY, MANY, MANY -- so again, ANY man who tells you that you can be BORN AGAIN and yet NOT be FILLED with the Holy Spirit IMMEDIATELY THEREUPON, EXACTLY as happened to the disciples at Caesarea and Ephesus, is the very MOUTHPIECE OF SATAN.

Moreover, even though the disciples at Caesarea had to receive their instructions from an angel because the Holy Spirit was nowhere to be found, unlike Peter's instructions from the Holy Spirit on the rooftop [Acts 10:19], and even though the disciples at Ephesus testified that they had never even HEARD of the Holy Spirit, nevertheless, if you INSIST on DELUDING YOURSELF by disbelieving THEIRS AND THE SCRIPTURE'S VERY OWN TESTIMONY, and thus CONVINCING YOURSELF by simply ASSUMING that perhaps the disciples at Caesarea and Ephesus somehow, some way, in some manner, at some time, in some place, ad nauseam, had received the NEW BIRTH and thus the Holy Spirit PRIOR to Peter's and Paul's preaching, though you read not so, though they testified not so, though you know not how, though you know not where, though you know not when, though you know not by whom, ad nauseam, but you simply ASSUME that it MUST have been so, just as you FATALLY ASSUME that it MUST have been so with YOURSELF as well, even though you yourself have NEVER had an UNMISTAKABLE SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT, so that you yourself CANNOT PRODUCE THE BIRTHRIGHT, well then, if you INSIST on DECEIVING YOURSELF in this manner, then go ahead and DECEIVE YOURSELF UNTIL YOUR HEART IS CONTENT, but while you're doing so, NEVER think of going to heaven, for not only are you NOT BORN AGAIN yourself, but you likewise have ZERO chance of EVER becoming so, not while you entertain such UTTER DELUSIONS. Wait and see.

The fact is, those who entertain such DELUSIONS, like those who also deny the spiritual gifts by foolishly asserting that they have CEASED, in COMPLETE CONTRAVENTION of the PLAIN TESTIMONY of MANY passages of Scripture, not to mention the TESTIMONY of the Holy Spirit HIMSELF, or those who, in COMPLETE CONTRAVENTION of 1 Corinthians 12:13 and numerous other Scriptures, ignorantly hold that the BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST is something that occurs AFTER REGENERATION, indeed, those who entertain all these DELUSIONS are those who are trying to make up for a SEVERE DEFICIENCY in their own lives, which is to say, are those who are trying to EXPLAIN AWAY their own LACK of the BIRTHRIGHT, that is, their own LACK of the NEW BIRTH EXPERIENCE, their own LACK of the REGENERATION EXPERIENCE, along with the IMMEDIATE FILLING of the Holy Spirit thereon, as typified by the disciples at Caesarea and Ephesus.

Rather than humbling themselves and falling prostrate before the Lord Jesus and begging him to RAISE their level of EXPERIENCE UP TO the level of the SCRIPTURES, as opposed to bringing the Scriptures DOWN to THEIR PATHETIC AND UNREGENERATE level of EXPERIENCE, instead of humbling themselves, I say, and crying out to Jesus Christ to give them LIFE, LIFE, ETERNAL LIFE via the SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH, EXACTLY as happened with the disciples at Caesarea and Ephesus, and remaining prostrate until Jesus answers them from heaven by INVESTING them with the UNMISTAKABLE SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH, though it may take days, weeks, months, and in RARE cases even years for Jesus to grant them this EXPERIENCE -- although it can also happen MOMENTARILY, even VERY SOON, and behold, in some cases even RIGHT NOW --  indeed, instead of doing so, they will, like Balaam, STUBBORNLY continue on in their WICKED PRIDE by CONTINUALLY EXPLAINING AWAY ANY AND ALL Scriptures which happen NOT to meet their DELUSIONS, thus CONTINUALLY bringing the Scriptures DOWN TO THEIR PATHETIC AND UNREGENERATE LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE. And it will cost them eternal life in the end. Wait, I say, and see.

The same is true, as I said, of those who likewise PERVERT the doctrine of the BAPTISM of the Holy Spirit by FABRICATING an EXTRA NEW BIRTH EXPERIENCE and categorizing this FABRICATION as an EXTRA DISPENSATION OF GOD that occurs AFTER REGENERATION, and then FALSELY AND IGNORANTLY CALLING this FABRICATION the "BAPTISM OF THE HOLY GHOST", which it is NOT, not even REMOTELY. In fact, not only is this FABRICATION DIAMETRICALLY OPPOSED to the Scripture, but this FABRICATION is likewise nothing less than a SATANIC COUNTERFEIT bestowed upon DELUDED SOULS who don't know any better because they themselves have NEVER EXPERIENCED the SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH, as we'll delve into in Part III of this topic, including a short exposition on GENUINE and COUNTERFEIT spiritual gifts, such as those enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12, along with a short corroboration of the CURRENT STATUS of the spiritual gifts among GENUINELY BORN AGAIN Christians, and finally, with a further continuation of this subject in general.

Which brings us back to the heart of the issue, for if you will remember, we proclaimed in the former treatise that there is MASS CONFUSION within PROFESSING Christianity relative to the BAPTISM AND FILLING of the Holy Spirit, and we stated that this accrued due to Satan's machinations, for by perpetrating EXTRAVAGANT ABUSES throughout different sects of professing Christianity concerning the DOCTRINE of the Holy Spirit, put forth by UNREGENERATE AND SENSUAL SOULS on ONE side, and by UNREGENERATE LEGALISTIC AND FORMALISTIC SOULS on the OTHER, Satan has managed to almost COMPLETELY NEUTRALIZE the TRUTH of the DOCTRINE of the BAPTISM AND FILLING of the Holy Spirit altogether.

Due to the ABOMINATIONS, ABUSES, and HORDES OF FALSE TEACHINGS from the Pentecostal and Charismatic sects within professing Christianity, Satan has managed to make the TRUE doctrine of the BAPTISM and FILLING of the Holy Spirit ODIOUS to the formal and rationalistic side of professing Christianity. The devil has used the same trick, of course, with the Bible version issue. That is, by raising up a FLESHLY KING JAMES CULT, Satan has made the King James Bible itself, which in fact is the ONLY TRUE written Word of God in English today, ODIOUS to the masses of professing Christianity. In other words, Satan has managed to divide and conquer on the doctrine of the Holy Spirit by the same methodology he employed in the Bible version controversy. And why not? What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

While these tactics have deceived the VAST, VAST MAJORITY of professing Christianity, they have nevertheless NOT deceived the TRULY REGENERATE who have had an UNMISTAKABLE SUPERNATURAL NEW BIRTH EXPERIENCE in Jesus Christ, because those who TRULY belong to Jesus Christ, which is to say, those who can PRODUCE THE BIRTHRIGHT, have been SUPERNATURALLY protected from the DEVICES OF SATAN, even if they don't have the spiritual gift of DISCERNING SPIRITS, a gift which is INFALLIBLY ACTIVE in SOME of God's TRULY REGENERATE today [1 Corinthians 12: 10, 2 Corinthians 2:11, Matthew 24:24].

In the meantime I can only say, O GLORY! GLORY INDEED! This matter is so SIMPLE to the TRULY REGENERATE, but so CONFUSING to all others who have NOT the Spirit of God to teach them. Indeed, the Scriptures, particularly on this topic, are written PRECISELY so as to CONFOUND AND CONFUSE ALL but the ELECT, and therefore, just like the Lord Jesus HIMSELF, yea, I UTTERLY PRAISE, PRAISE, PRAISE the FATHER for HIDING these things from ALL, ALL, ALL EXCEPT his ELECT! "Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in thy sight!" [Matthew 11:25-26].  Indeed, only those who POSSESS THE BIRTHRIGHT, which is the MANIFEST SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE OF REGENERATION, yea, verily, those -- and those ONLY -- know what it's like to TRULY be SEATED IN HEAVENLY PLACES IN CHRIST JESUS by the MANIFEST POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, and to thus have their lives HID WITH CHRIST IN GOD, also by the MANIFEST POWER OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. "O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out?" [Romans 11:33, Ephesians 2:6, Colossians 3:3]

So once again, hear me well -- if you cannot HONESTLY and LEGITIMATELY claim the EXPERIENCE of being FILLED with the Holy Spirit, as demonstrated in the quotations above, then NEITHER can you claim the blood of Jesus, NOR can you claim the forgiveness of sins, for you are NOT born again, and unless that changes, you will NOT set FOOT in the kingdom of Jesus Christ. And you are as deluded as deluded can be if you think otherwise, nor have you HEARD a word that has been written.

If that's the case, if you've heard nothing else so far, then hear this -- YOU may have made a commitment to Jesus Christ, but unless you have EVIDENCE -- SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE -- unless you have SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE that Jesus Christ has made a commitment to YOU, by FILLING you with his Spirit, indeed, unless you have SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE that Jesus Christ has made a commitment to YOU by FILLING you with his Spirit, EXACTLY as described in the quotations noted earlier, then you will NEVER enter the kingdom of heaven, for if Jesus Christ has not borne witness to you here by FILLING you with his Spirit, neither will he bear witness to you there, when you stand before him at his judgment seat.

Consequently, I challenge every one of you, every one of you reading this right now, to SERIOUSLY EXAMINE YOURSELF, and be BRUTALLY HONEST with YOURSELF, for you can NEVER be FILLED with the Holy Spirit until you are BORN of the Holy Spirit in a MANIFEST SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE -- MANIFEST -- MANIFEST -- MANIFEST SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE -- and you will NEVER be BORN of the Holy Spirit unless you are BRUTALLY HONEST about your condition [2 Corinthians 13:5]. Accordingly, I warn you again, if you cannot HONESTLY and LEGITIMATELY claim the EXPERIENCE of being FILLED with the Holy Spirit, EXACTLY as demonstrated in the quotations above, a FILLING which occurs IMMEDIATELY UPON the MOMENT of REGENERATION, then do something about it NOW, while you still can -- I say, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT NOW, WHILE YOU STILL CAN -- for if you INSIST on DECEIVING YOURSELF, God not only will NOT STOP YOU, but God will actually ENHANCE YOUR ABILITY to FURTHER DECEIVE YOURSELF, and God will do this by imposing JUDICIAL BLINDNESS upon you, for God HATES LIES, and there is NO LIE that God HATES WORSE than the SELF-DECEIVING LIE, for the SELF-DECEIVING LIE is ROOTED IN PRIDE, and that is the very NATURE of wickedness and iniquity [2 Thessalonians 2:11, John 8:44, Matthew 11:25-26].

Have you ever FELT, have you ever EXPERIENCED, the MANIFEST POWER of the Holy Spirit SUPERNATURALLY INDWELLING YOU? If not, then never think of going to heaven, for you are not yet meet for heaven. And yet...

I tell you -- and I call Father, Son, and Holy Spirit to record against that day I stand before the Lord Jesus at his judgment seat -- indeed, I tell you that Jesus Christ can be KNOWN, and KNOWN more INTIMATELY than ANY other person in existence. Jesus Christ is not only the source of all life, he is likewise the sustainer and dispenser of all life, and he is therefore capable of making HIMSELF MANIFEST to his ELECT more certainly than any created being can make himself known to you, exactly as he has promised in [John 14:21-23], and numerous other passages.

If you will not prize your soul above ALL ELSE, you will NEVER be granted a SAVING audience with Jesus Christ. Blind Bartimaeus, as recorded in the gospels, would be saved at all costs. Will you be saved at all costs? If you will not be saved at all costs, you will not be saved by Jesus Christ at all.

Would you be born again? GENUINELY born again?

Then take wise counsel -- pick up a Bible based on the Traditional Text -- in English, the ONLY VALID Bible based on the Traditional Text is the King James Bible -- and then read with SOLEMNITY, beginning in the Gospels preferably, and beg Jesus Christ to reveal himself to you, and give him no rest until he does, for if you read the TRUE written Word of God, you will find the Lord of Glory, even Jesus Christ, moving upon the face of the waters in its pages, just as he moved upon the face of the waters when he walked across the Sea of Galilee, and if you follow the advice just given, and if you persist, Jesus Christ HIMSELF will verily MANIFEST HIMSELF to you (for he HIMSELF promises to do this for those who truly heed this advice), just as he MANIFESTED HIMSELF to his disciples when he moved upon the face of the waters as he walked across the stormy sea some two thousand years ago, and just as he did with ME not too many years ago, and just as he has done with a FEW others from day to day since that time, in this very generation, and just as he will do for YOU if -- IF -- you heed my advice, and if -- IF -- you persist therein, for he who promised is FAITHFUL. John 14:21-23, Matthew 14:25-27
