DEATH IS FINAL, AND FEW ARE SAVED

“And as it is appointed unto men ONCE to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was ONCE offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.” Hebrews 9:27-28

“Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and FEW there be that find it.” Matthew 7:14

You get one shot at eternal life, and that shot is this life. One shot, no more. In addition, you cannot become a Christian just any old time you please. It takes heart work to become a Christian, and only Jesus Christ can do such work, just as it is written --

"The preparations of the heart in man, and the answer of the tongue, is from the LORD." Proverbs 16:1

The angels that sinned didn’t even get one shot. The angels that sinned were summarily condemned on the spot. Eternally.

Mankind, unlike the angels that sinned, gets a second shot, but only one. There is no third shot, such as an after-death opportunity to come to the truth, as some perverted false prophets and religionists teach. Indeed, he is an unregenerate murderer of souls who proclaims that physical death in this life is not the final decree of a man’s eternal state.

My friend, the moment you take your last breath in your physical body in this world is the moment your fate is sealed for eternity. Period.

What about election and predestination and all that stuff?

Forget about it. The only man in this world who knows he is elect is the man to whom Jesus Christ has PERSONALLY INTRODUCED HIMSELF in the SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH, and him ONLY. You know you're elect when Jesus Christ HIMSELF tells you -- tells you PERSONALLY -- that you NOW belong to HIM, and not one moment before. Any man who teaches otherwise is the mouthpiece of Satan.

For example, any man who tells you that you are saved simply because YOU made a commitment to Jesus Christ, even though you have no SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE that Jesus Christ has manifested HIMSELF to you, indeed, any man who tells you that you are saved based simply on YOUR commitment to Jesus Christ, apart from any SUPERNATURAL MANIFESTATION of the Holy Spirit to you in the MOMENT of regeneration, is a liar who knows nothing of the true Gospel of Jesus Christ, for until Jesus Christ HIMSELF makes a commitment to YOU in the UNMISTAKABLE SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH, you are NOT saved, and you will NOT set foot in the kingdom of heaven unless that changes [Romans 8:9, Acts 19:1-7]. Wait and see.

The Syrophenician woman made a commitment to Jesus Christ, but her daughter remained vexed until Jesus Christ made a commitment to her [Matthew 15:22-28]. Blind Bartimaeus made a commitment to Jesus Christ, but Bartimaeus remained blind until Jesus Christ made a commitment to him [Mark 10:46-52]. The distraught fathers in the gospels made commitments to Jesus Christ, but their children remained dead and maimed until Jesus Christ made a commitment to them [Mark 9:17-27, Luke 8:41-56]. Whoever hath ears to hear, let him hear.

You don't get granted an audience with Jesus Christ just any old time you please. Oh, you can -- and most definitely SHOULD -- call upon him continuously, but as to him answering you back, well, that is something that is only granted to a FEW, just as Jesus HIMSELF stated in the Scripture at the top of this discourse. If you would have Jesus answer you back in the UNMISTAKABLE SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH, then learn a lesson from the Syrophenician woman, as well as the others who received answers from Jesus in the gospels, for unless you are as successful as they, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.

You get one shot at this. You have this life only to succeed with Jesus Christ. Miss of an UNMISTAKABLE SUPERNATURAL ENCOUNTER with Jesus Christ here, before you die, in the very physical body you now occupy, indeed, miss of this opportunity here and now, then you will be everlastingly shunned by Jesus Christ on judgment day, and there will never be the slightest reprieve. Wait and see, if you dare.

Bunyan made a curious and profound statement when he proclaimed --

"Art thou unladen of the things of this world, as pride, pleasures, profits, lusts, vanities? What! dost thou think to run fast enough with the world, thy sins and lusts in thy heart? I TELL THEE SOUL, THEY THAT HAVE LAID ALL ASIDE, EVERY WEIGHT, EVERY SIN, AND ARE GOT INTO THE NIMBLEST POSTURE, THEY FIND WORK ENOUGH TO RUN; SO TO RUN AS TO HOLD OUT. To run through all that opposition, all these jostles, all these rubs, over all these stumbling-blocks, over all the snares from all these entanglements, that the devil, sin, the world, and their own hearts, lay before them; I TELL THEE, IF THOU ART AGOING HEAVENWARD, THOU WILT FIND IT NO SMALL OR EASY MATTER. Art thou therefore discharged and unladen of these things? NEVER TALK OF GOING TO HEAVEN IF THOU ART NOT. It is to be feared thou wilt be found among the MANY that will seek to enter in, and shall not be able." John Bunyan, The Heavenly Footman

Yes indeed, a statement which the foolish and unregenerate brush aside as though it were a leaf in the wind, yet one that the truly regenerate and wise in the Lord can only marvel at, for the SEEMING dichotomy revealed in those words will be shown to have confounded all but a FEW come judgment day, even those FEW that have entered at the strait gate of the SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH, and those FEW who then trod the narrow way of sanctification, and who therein and thereby constitute the FEW that followed the road all the way to the doorway of ETERNAL LIFE. As Jesus HIMSELF declared --

"For MANY are called, but FEW are chosen." Matthew 22:14

And as Bunyan also wisely and perceptively warned --

"There are branches in Christ, in Christ's body mystical, which is his church, his vineyard, that bear not fruit, WHEREFORE THE HAND OF GOD IS TO TAKE THEM AWAY... This therefore must be your end, although you are planted in the garden of God; FOR THE BARRENNESS AND UNFRUITFULNESS OF YOUR HEARTS AND LIVES YOU MUST BE CUT OFF, YEA, ROOTED UP, AND CAST OUT OF THE VINEYARD." John Bunyan, The Barren Fig Tree

Here is a truth that unregenerate pastors and professing Christians have no clue about, but one that will scorch them eternally on that day. Why? Because MANY are called, but FEW are chosen, and if you are reading this and you don't become one of the FEW, then you will have no one to blame but yourself on judgment day. Wait and see.

While there have been thousands, and sometimes even many thousands, in almost every generation who have made up this select FEW, and which will ultimately come together with the many hundreds of millions of holy angels in heaven to form so large a group that no man can number them, yet they are FEW compared to the MANY -- compared to the VAST, VAST MAJORITY -- that will everlastingly perish.

Indeed, there are FEW on this earth in this generation compared to the billions who now inhabit the planet who can HONESTLY and LEGITIMATELY testify to having EXPERIENCED the UNMISTAKABLE SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH, especially among those who PROFESS to be Christians, and unless that changes, every single one of them -- without exception -- will be everlastingly shut out of the kingdom of heaven and damned with the devils in eternal flame.

"IT HATH BEEN THE ASTONISHING WONDER OF MANY A MAN, AS WELL AS ME, TO READ IN THE HOLY SCRIPTURE, HOW FEW WILL BE SAVED, AND THAT THE GREATEST PART OF EVEN OF THOSE THAT ARE CALLED WILL BE EVERLASTINGLY SHUT OUT OF THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN, AND TORMENTED WITH THE DEVILS IN ETERNAL FIRE." Great, therefore, will be the disappointment that many will meet with at the day of judgment: FOR MANY WILL SEEK TO ENTER IN, AND SHALL NOT BE ABLE. Going to heaven, therefore, will be no trivial business; salvation is not got by a dream; they that would then have that kingdom must now strive lawfully to enter: FOR MANY, I SAY UNTO YOU, WILL SEEK TO ENTER IN, AND SHALL NOT BE ABLE." You will not be granted an audience with Jesus Christ on your own schedule. You will be granted an audience with Jesus Christ -- if you are granted one at all -- on HIS schedule, and therefore, if you REALLY want to be born again and thereby EXPERIENCE eternal life in the here and now, then follow the directions below to the tee, including the Bible you use, for the directions below are FULL of sound advice, and ALL of them will lead you only up the right path until you come at the way's end and resting place, which is an UNMISTAKABLE SUPERNATURAL ENCOUNTER with the LIVING Lord Jesus Christ via the UNMISTAKABLE SUPERNATURAL MIRACLE of the NEW BIRTH.

Friend, YOU may have made a commitment to Jesus Christ, but unless you have EVIDENCE -- SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE -- unless you have SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE that Jesus Christ has made a commitment to YOU, by FILLING you with his Spirit, indeed, unless you have SUPERNATURAL EVIDENCE that Jesus Christ has made a commitment to YOU by FILLING you with his Spirit, EXACTLY as described in the quotations noted in these two works on the FILLING of the Holy Spirit -- Part I, Part II -- then you will NEVER enter the kingdom of heaven, for if Jesus Christ has not borne witness to you here by FILLING you with his Spirit, neither will he bear witness to you there, when you stand before him at his judgment seat.

Consequently, I challenge every one of you, every one of you reading this right now, to SERIOUSLY EXAMINE YOURSELF, and be BRUTALLY HONEST with YOURSELF, for you can NEVER be FILLED with the Holy Spirit until you are BORN of the Holy Spirit in a MANIFEST SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE -- MANIFEST -- MANIFEST -- MANIFEST SUPERNATURAL EXPERIENCE -- and you will NEVER be BORN of the Holy Spirit unless you are BRUTALLY HONEST about your condition [2 Corinthians 13:5]. Accordingly, I warn you again, if you cannot HONESTLY and LEGITIMATELY claim the EXPERIENCE of being FILLED with the Holy Spirit, EXACTLY as demonstrated in the quotations here -- Part I, Part II -- a FILLING which occurs IMMEDIATELY UPON the MOMENT of REGENERATION, then do something about it NOW, while you still can -- I say, DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT NOW, WHILE YOU STILL CAN -- for if you INSIST on DECEIVING YOURSELF, God not only will NOT STOP YOU, but God will actually ENHANCE YOUR ABILITY to FURTHER DECEIVE YOURSELF, and God will do this by imposing JUDICIAL BLINDNESS upon you, for God HATES LIES, and there is NO LIE that God HATES WORSE than the SELF-DECEIVING LIE, for the SELF-DECEIVING LIE is ROOTED IN PRIDE, and that is the very NATURE of wickedness and iniquity [2 Thessalonians 2:11, John 8:44, Matthew 11:25-26].

Have you ever FELT, have you ever EXPERIENCED, the MANIFEST POWER of the Holy Spirit SUPERNATURALLY INDWELLING YOU? If not, then never think of going to heaven, for you are not yet meet for heaven. And yet...

I tell you -- and I call Father, Son, and Holy Spirit to record against that day I stand before the Lord Jesus at his judgment seat -- indeed, I tell you that Jesus Christ can be KNOWN, and KNOWN more INTIMATELY than ANY other person in existence. Jesus Christ is not only the source of all life, he is likewise the sustainer and dispenser of all life, and he is therefore capable of making HIMSELF MANIFEST to his ELECT more certainly than any created being can make himself known to you, exactly as he has promised in [John 14:21-23], and numerous other passages.

If you will not prize your soul above ALL ELSE, you will NEVER be granted a SAVING audience with Jesus Christ. Blind Bartimaeus, as recorded in the gospels, would be saved at all costs. Will you be saved at all costs? If you will not be saved at all costs, you will not be saved by Jesus Christ at all.

Would you be born again? GENUINELY born again?

Then take wise counsel -- pick up a Bible based on the Traditional Text -- in English, the ONLY VALID Bible based on the Traditional Text is the King James Bible -- and then read with SOLEMNITY, beginning in the Gospels preferably, and beg Jesus Christ to reveal himself to you, and give him no rest until he does, for if you read the TRUE written Word of God, you will find the Lord of Glory, even Jesus Christ, moving upon the face of the waters in its pages, just as he moved upon the face of the waters when he walked across the Sea of Galilee, and if you follow the advice just given, and if you persist, Jesus Christ HIMSELF will verily MANIFEST HIMSELF to you (for he HIMSELF promises to do this for those who truly heed this advice), just as he MANIFESTED HIMSELF to his disciples when he moved upon the face of the waters as he walked across the stormy sea some two thousand years ago, and just as he did with ME not too many years ago, and just as he has done with a FEW others from day to day since that time, in this very generation, and just as he will do for YOU if -- IF -- you heed my advice, and if -- IF -- you persist therein, for he who promised is FAITHFUL. John 14:21-23, Matthew 14:25-27
